The Grounds

A professional landscape designer developed the concept for the grounds with the objective of maintaining the natural beauty of the wooded areas around the house while also providing a manicured look of the lawn. No expense was spared in making the concept a reality! Beautiful grass, shrubbery and extensive bedding around the house give the lawn that manicured feel while the wooded areas have been maintained to provide for seclusion and privacy. An extensive sprinkler system keeps the landscape looking beautiful. Professional maintenance since construction has contributed to the health and maturity of the landscape.

Of the 10 acre estate, approximately 3 acres includes the wooded area and lawn surrounding the house, the detached garage, playground, and utility barn. The back of the house opens to the elaborately fenced and gated back yard and the 20' x 40' heated pool. The remaining acreage is the pasture which is in the rear of the property. If you enjoy outdoor entertaining, you'll have some wonderful options between the extensive porch with outdoor ceiling fans and speakers, the pool and backyard patio area, or the more rustic fire pit for those bonfires and cookouts!
